What's your budget? I recommend BuyVM if you don't have your own license.
also would do well to check virmach.com - seems like it would be at least $20 per month for the specs you listed (they do have an option for 100 GB disk with 4 GB ram, not sure how much more that would cost than the standard 75 GB listed in their offer page)
I need multiple servers, anything like RDP hosting along with Windows license will be exceptional
