Never heard of them. On the other hand PhotonTorpedos are really cool.
I have no direct experience with their service.
But I have ever met Jimmy (who manages PhotonVPS) in Shanghai, he's very humble and professional I would say.
They are the same people behind Psychz, utilize the same facility.

I had an Ashburn VPS with them awhile back and I was happy with the performance.
sadly no, I disable ipv6 by default
Psychz (same thing) v6 is fine, never had a problem.

It would have been so nice if they upped the ports to 1Gbps instead of running on 100Mbps... Its 2019, 1Gbps should be default (considering that its metered bandwidth)
That's one of the reasons I haven't picked up any PhotonVPS vpses lately.
Eh, depends. They have locations like Spain and Brazil especially. Pretty good deal.
I don’t have a PhotonVPS, but Psychz (same company). Performance is great with Psychz. The Indian support is not really nice though. When there are network problems, they try to blame me first and then actually ask the network admin. Turned out there indeed were problems.
Happened multiple times. So, the support could be better but the network speeds are great. I had two major downtimes. One time due to unannounced maintenance with NTT and one time because some other dedicated server on the router got dossed.
