Looking for dedicated server with specs:
RAM: >= 64GB
Disk: At least 300GB SSD
Bandwidth: 10TB @ > 250Mbps
Location: USA, preferably East Coast
Must have DDoS protection.
I'm looking for a low price per GB of RAM, so if you have any offers, post them. If possible less than $1 per GB.

Need to know ballpark idea on CPU(s) you are looking for, or a budget to work with.

An i7 or equivalent processor (or dual processor setup) is what we were looking for.
One question, what about servers with 128GB, what options do you have? I don't have a specific budget, since we are migrating servers, and it will depend on the cost to know how much we will migrate (from OVH CA). Although, since we base a lot on RAM, an estimation would be around $1 to $1.3 USD per GB of RAM, the lower, the better.
i7 processors cannot support enough RAM for you on prior gen gear (32GB max), and newer gen gear (64gb max) will be waay more expensive.
We can upgrade any of the listed servers from 64GB to 128GB for another $25/month, or from 64GB to 256GB for $50/month.

To be honestly,you will get the server about 180$.don't buy any dedicated server from small provider.i suggest you go with good provider even though you will pay more.
