I've had a OVZ in NY for 2 years, KVM in UK for 1 year, and a dedi in BG for a few months. Phenomenal service all around, keep up the good work!
Your TOS seems strict, will I be suspend if some one send a DMCA complaint? (I’ll take down the material but it may take more than 3 days)
And may I get a chance to backup my data if I get suspended?
If you have to ask, this probably isn't a good fit.
I don't think any legitimate host would be okay with that. Typically (from every provider's ToS I've looked at), remedial action must be taken within 24 hours or less.

Do you have any smaller, annually KVMs?
256MB-512MB RAM, somewhere in Europe.
Something like the storage one, but with less storage and maybe a bit cheaper.
All the larger storage KVM servers are out of stock when I click.
AlphaVPS is one of maybe 3-4 providers selling 1TB storage KVMs at such yummy prices (5EUR/m).I have one.

Been about a year with alphavps, my main complaint is there is no remote vnc or something like that. You need to contact their support to do os installation. And they don't do windows. Although a year ago they still provide windows installation.
I assume you are talking about a dedicated server? This will all change in the very near future, both for new and existing customers. ASAP we finish testing the stuff, we'll roll them out - you will be able to do everything on your own. About the Windows installation - we can do it, but it's manual and is BYOL.
And glad to hear that this is the main complaint. I do hope that overall everything else is good!

Yes, I am talking about dedicated server and yes, that's my main and only complaint, everything else is good. Now that I think about it, you guys do offer Windows Installation for some fee. For some reason when my first server get deployed, I got windows installation for free. But unfortunately it comes with the wrong version of windows (2012 instead 2012 R2).

Which CP are you using, SolusVM? And is it integrated in WHMCS?
Been with AlphaVPS for about 12 months. Have a few servesr, which have excellent uptime and performance. I have servers running in several datacenters and especially London is fast as ...... Since a few weeks I have a storage VPS with 2TB and that is also very nice.
Alex and the team are great, if it's during a weekday, a weekend or even during the Holidays they are always available. Highly recommend them, on my wish list is servers in a datacenter in The Netherlands.

These are unmanaged servers - everything is down to you. I am not aware of any providers that offer a fully managed VPS on LET, its just not the right audience. You would be better off asking in a new post for recommendations for managed services as you will probably have more luck and it would enable providers to make you offers in the thread.
