why dont you choose Hongkong server?
I don't think 4GB KVMs are doable in asia for $100/y
4GB Ram + good peering to China mainland + 2TB bandwidth = expensive, I think you need more than $100/years..

Yeah not gonna even try. 2tb / 6mbit china route already costs more than $100/m.
what about 1TB Bandwidth, even 3gb ram would be ok.
