... how so? (Do you expect them to add VAT?)

Well you could say that 20 EUR / year (1.67 EUR / month) and 3 EUR / month is different package..

I had that in the beginning but it sounded weird. I fixed it now.

I actually don't see a problem with the current previous title as written ("In Business since 2011 - fast and reliable SSD KVM starting at 20EUR/year or 3EUR/month")

but might change to something like:

"In Business since 2011 - fast and reliable SSD KVM packages from €20/year, €3/month, and more"

Though I'm not sure that's really any better. A certain amount of ambiguity seems inevitable in the English language.

I think the abbreviated title you have now is fine too ("In Business since 2011 - fast and reliable SSD KVM starting at 20EUR/year") - and even leaves some room to mention possibly stronger selling points (such as nested virtualization, enterprise SSD, etc etc).

Either way, wouldn't worry about it too much - it really did not seem misleading in any way to me. And now your sales thread has been bumped again - so all good I guess.

    :)

If only you had some more locations ... (I like your offer and not for the first time, but alas, only FRA_DE)

I think they like the beer and bratwurst in Germany too much:

Our Network Operations Center is located next to our datacenter so that our technicians can access all our equipment 24/7 in case any hardware problem arises.

What location(s) are you looking for?

Maybe Frankfurt to save another 5 ms RTT to DE-CIX compared to Düsseldorf?

Benchmarking traceroute and mtr might be a real-world use case for professional LET VPS idlers. Otherwise I do not see any significant difference in practical usage.

We will connect the DEC-IX in Düsseldorf within the next months so this is not a real plus ;).

IT, RO, or at least NL (NL probably not making a lot of sense for you as a provider).

Nope. I never cared about that and also never was one of those concerned about Hetzner being, oh gosh, a couple of ms away from FRA.

    Thanks for your input, appreciated!

To be honest NL would be the only of the named options we think about as an additional location as we already use nl for colocation and dedicated server customers.
