Is there any way we can hide the FTP IP? Through Cloudflare or other service provider?
By buying another server under your name which acts as a reverse proxy in front of your FTP server. Let me give you a personal advice. Stop wasting your money on becoming the next RapidShare or MegaUpload. These times are over.
Use ****** instead of IP digits.
Examples: 482.258.24.* - this is not enough, easy to bruteforce your full IP
482.***.24.2 - @imgmoney used Asterisks. It's super effective!
