Total 16TB+ Storage
Any dual/quad core CPU, Prefer 5th Gen Intel or E3-12xxv2 and above.
1Gbit with minimum 5TB transfer.
Minimum 6GB RAM.

Preferably located in the EU region.

Use would be private VPN and private peer2peer transfers (not torrenting, no copyright / illegal material).
