Tawk.to now allows to hire chat agents?
I seem to have totally missed this but that's interesting to see. Although I don't have any use for it rn. Maybe for some who are looking to outsource that is something to atleast consider though?

Could you imagine the quality...
Close to non-existent. Although it's probably only meant for sales not tech support eh?
Err, almost equivalent to those chatbot things. Not at all useful in my opinion.
Probably people from the 3-world. Nobody works at that rate. Like.. ugh.
"Your customers are going to love you."
Love you long time!
It would be fun for the owner of https://mzunguhosting.ml to hire these agents, say, just for fun
Chat support is fast my man!
Well, they wont be dedicated to your chat.
They sure will run multiple chats, otherwise 1$ per hour would be not manageable.
So I guess they run 4-5 in parallel, at least.
I guess that it could work for very simple and straightforward FAQ-style questions and making appointments, but for anything that requires even a little expertise, I can't imagine that it would work well.
The things people do for money... unimaginable things.
Watch out for LEB host with chat!
Network is fast man !!!
The site uses javascript to create the feeling that the images are loading slowly. Pretty creative
It says Newtork, actually
We are using tawk.to for the past 2-3 years, for website notifications - Yes.
But, Agents? - Don't know.
I can't.
Surprisingly enough, I've seen times and times again (online and in retail) how management hires zombies as salespersons are revenues plummet. Some businesses just hates money.
Well they never sleep or call in sick so there's that.
I do get lonely sometimes...
Old news.. Tawk has been doing this since last year of feb.
This sounds like an absolute disaster. What's the point of having live chat when it's going to be terrible? I doubt they'd even be able to assist with issues beyond with information that's already publicly available.
You get to list "live chat" as a selling point.
Totally useless though. I think people value good support. By having agents like these associated with your company, you're probably only doing yourself in
