I'm guessing that's where their server is too.

Their signature mentions Germany and UK.

Contact form lists something resembling an address in India (Udayamperoor, a town in Kerala - 9°54′50″N 76°21′48″E to be precise).

Order form doesn't seem to present option (or clue) as to location - at least not on the first screen.
