Still down and no response from support. Just like last year. I'm still there because I'm using this site as a backup site and can't find anyone else with 1 Tb of disk anywhere as cheap. Just hope the backed up systems don't have a problem.

hetzner they had server (2x4TB) around $44.
use these hetzner server for backup so far soo good.

You are not alone. I have 4 dedicated servers. All of which are currently down. I haven't received any response from support ticket system or via the support email.
We are rebuilding from backups onto a different cloud provider...hopefully they come back online soon. (I just renewed one of the servers just a month ago).

Maybe you can talk to PayPal support or do a chargeback on your bank?
As of noon today... still down. With no reply of any sort from billing, vps support, outage reports or sales by ticket system and/or email.
Delimiter makes sure that you've been with them over 180 days before they pull tricks like this to prevent a dispute.
Not the first time this happened with them. People don't seem to care though as long as they think they've got good deals.
