Looking for cPanel VPS in Europe

As title.

Requirements: cPanel, Location: Europe, at least 2gb ram, 50gb ssd, and 2 tb bandwidth.

Something nice and cheap, you probably understand as i wouldn't post here if it wasn't for cheap. Okay? Cheap.

    4 cores, 200GB SSD, 8GB RAM, 200 Mbit/s + cPanel for 17€/mo (almost at the price of just cpanel) by Contabo.

    the cPanel license on its own not cheap, therefore you will not get $7 VPS, simply get a cheap VPS and purchase the cheaper license separate from buycpanel.com

    Yes ofcourse i'm aware of it, i'm looking for the 'cheapest' not 'cheap' in general.

    Clouding.io but Spam = suspension, If repeated complains then u need to move.

    @Veesp Please say yes. I love Russia and Russian servers. If this is the case would you be able to give me a good pricing on a VPS. I need to run a very simple nginx website :)
