Some services are restricted to certain cities
They could tell you but...then they'd have to kill you.
Have you guys come across any such city-restricted services as an example?
My case: 1. proxies for location sensitive services

^ This is one example of a company that uses city as criteria for using the site -- I am sure there are other examples, for instance, like the entire state of Nevada, or maybe it's only Clark County or Las Vegas, where online gambling would online be legal if your in a certain state/county/city.
