Old news.
I heard AR bought HMB for less than 70 bucks.
70 bucks seriously?
I think they previously acquired NFP & Woot.
This happened April 23rd.
They're basically scooping up all the terrible CC scams. Might be an effort to stop deadpools and damage to CC brand?
Yeah the official statement comes out few moments ago - https://www.alpharacks.com/myrack/index.php?rp=/announcements/28/AlphaRacks-Acquires-HostMyBytes-Immediately-Adding-23000-Customers-to-Its-IaaS-Platform.html
Wow HostMyBytes had 23,000 customers?
DB entries doesn't necessarily mean customer- but..
There’s only 193 countries registered with the UN.
Customers, not necessarily mean having Active Service, but..
This basically confirms that the whole time these providers were run by the same people or person.
So is Alpharacks forming exodia?
Francisco
At least HMB is now a premium infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS) provider.
as i remember, some cars are missing on the ocean ( last week i saw that chapter)
Okay... boss, how about virmach
Don't you dare
Yeah, AR basically purchased the client list only. They are basically in the same DC and infrastructure.
The whole biz works like one of those smuggler's rings. They are all run by a small group of people who keep changing brands.
To stay one-step ahead of the authorities?
Nay, it stops lowend people from shelling out money to go after'em.
We'd never throw good money after bad (well, not unless there was a good deal).
They deal with small amount of money but do that in volume. That's how they work.
Cheapos can never group and organize.
Does AlphaRacks monitors/spy on the worst LEB hosting providers on various forums and review sites and then buys out the baddest worst of them!
P.S. why didn't they bought CC?
right. if all shit hosting companies are consolidated into one umbrella corporation then it will save lots of our money trying different hosting brands.
