Please read the requirements before replying.
Spring is here apparently.
There is nothing considered as unlimited bandwidth, you are actually looking for a fair usage policy. Every host that claim they provide unlimited bandwidth is lying.
Unmetered is, and to the average user this is unlimited.
So then why do you offer unlimited packages on your site?
I admit that when i see a user eating my whole bandwidth i suspend him and send him a ticket, and i bet that you will do the same. Unlimited bandwidth means fair usage in our company, we dont have a limit as long as the consumption is logical.
He's obviously shitposting to meet the minimum requirements for a provider tag.
I am not shit posting, this is what im talking about
https://www.namecheap.com/support/knowledgebase/article.aspx/9792/22/unmetered-hosting-policy--explained
You might want to include that on your site/terms of service then. Otherwise how would a customer know that it is
notsubject to fair usage.Yes, they outline it and are also mainly referring to shared hosting within that KB article.
So instead of using QoS or rate limiting you take customers offline completely before making contact?
Ususally we limit his port speed at first and open a ticket, if he does not respond on our ticket we just suspend until he answers
BuyVM slices are unmetered and within your budget/specs. Plus they rock!
I hate it when hosts say "we". Just say "I".
