It's already written in AUP (short, clear and not confusing): https://hyonix.com/aup.html, 50% dedicated thread is guaranteed, burstable to 100% if the node is idle, "unlimited" means that customers can use 100% CPU all the time without worrying anything because if the limits kick in, it will limit from the host and not requiring customer's to self-limit their VPS (peace of mind).
For sure that any customers using Windows won't want to mind that their VPS need to stay under a certain % of CPU (if you runs a non-idle Windows VPS, you will know this is true).
I took this definition from wishosting because I think it's the shortest and right word to refer the above, if you have any better words, please mention it and I will have it fixed ASAP.
Other areas are not too friendly for my current location.
The point is, the costumer sees it like, WOW 4 Cores I can use 24/7 for my bloody ming operations. What a bargain just for 14.99$.
No one reads the AUP, no one, not on LET.
They just feel scammed afterwards and you end up with a chargeback.

From what I read they can use it 24 7, just at minimum of 50% of a thread per vcore performance wise. I'm pretty OK with that compared to some other providers.
The only one to ever properly advertise dedicated threads as dedicated threads was @clouvider back when he still provided vpsses.

Besides, I know that people are too lazy to go through a wall of texts, that's why I customized all the TOS, AUP, PP to be as short and clear as possible.

I think that is extremely fair and reasonable, and alot of providers actually are configured for fair CPU usage the same exact way. I like how feezioxiii is actually quite open and honest about it, rather than being secretive or burying the info somewhere.
