i am looking for Reseller Hosting 50-100 GB with budget $30/yr. I have tried keyhosting,hi-performece and dcnhost but all waste. Is there any single provider alive who is not scammer on Low End Box?

$30/year is not the right budget for 50-100GB. If you want a stable provider you must increase your budget by 30-40% or go for a monthly plan.
