There are over a billion of webhosts out there, 99% of them are scam.

ImpactVPS is openvz only reseller. I didn't see any KVM reseller plans. I'm not sure how they are doing, doesn't look like they are growing. They haven't even added their NVMe stuff to their website and website still incomplete like 5 years later (their datacenter page).
