Powernode.co.uk major issues?

Powernode.co.uk main site has been down since Friday, as have my sites

Their billing/support site reports "Down for Maintenance (Err 3)".

I have one site that slowly resolves (usually), but none of its subdomains do. Although email is working for it.

Anyone know anything?

  • The above means that WHMCS was partially upgraded, but the database isn't.
    They're a weekday-only host, or they're possibly incompetent.

    Run with whatever backups you have.

    Incorrect, it's just offline for maintenance.

    I've contacted the affected client so we can investigate.

    We've corresponded on numerous tickets via email previously.

    I can't check the phone number as I do NOT have any access to a support or WHM site.

    On the plus side, my websites are working now.

    What correspondence should I have had that would mitigate the downtime?
