You'll need to announce this, probably with a public AS number. On the Tunnelbroker site, just create a BGP tunnel and they'll ask for LoA's etc. Once you send it in, they set up the tunnel and you can create the session to announce your space.
I don't have a AS number myself yet. Would their ASN work or do I specifically need my own? If yes, what's the place I can get them the cheapest?
