So I don't know what is it your tests and there is packet loss on your network, because to see this MTR must be maked, your graph maked from your location can loss packet on your side.

ADMAN (your first location) network good for many peoples from China who order only this location, and if its not good for your location this is not mean what its not good for other who need only ADMAN location. After your VPS was moved to DataLine, and here you also not like it after month of use.
You send only graph without any MTR in this time, so it's impossible to say where is exactly packet loss was.
And also I have question about why you wrote problem about DataLine to FIORD thread? Ticket about technical problem to our support not enough for you?
