@antonpa Well if you supposedly monitor your network how does a broadcast attack go unchecked? When a customer had to point out there was a problem in the thread. Sorry, I just dont buy it.

Because on new locations not all filtration was tuned and now all maked.

@antonpa why does your company ignore tickets when asking hard questions? I sent in a ticket on 21st of March regarding that the hypervisor was uncleanly shutdown which caused file system corruption on my VM and I got no reply yet..

  • a typical 404 error - friend of prime404 - so have nothing to do with vps services - my vps works well - or?

  • for crypto theres a 15$ minimum spending?

Well, turned out, they pinged my VPS, which equals to fully working, so they do not see any issue here.
It could be a language barrier as usual, but lets escalate the case.

So I don't know what is it your tests and there is packet loss on your network, because to see this MTR must be maked, your graph maked from your location can loss packet on your side.

You can look also in independed test:

From your pictures I see what you have packet loss all last 10 days, but at fact we not see this, and now all is ok too, please explain me how it possible? You have at your graph packet loss from 6 to 35%, but by fact is:

Host Loss% Snt Last Avg Best Wrst StDev
    1. 176.32.33.1 89.7% 99153 1.1 7.1 1.0 145.1 23.5

    4. 87.226.163.102 2.1% 99153 19.5 19.4 19.4 73.6 4.7
    5. 188.43.27.197 5.2% 99152 19.8 19.7 19.6 221.3 16.4
    6. ???
    7. 46.17.44.130 0.1% 99152 21.0 19.6 19.6 75.3 1.5

And this is 0.1 ms test for last 3 hours.

Listen, you delivered a VPS, on a crappy network, with packet loss, then you offered a free change, I requested a change.

And now? Your network is unstable again.
You do not seem to care besides posting mtr's now after the issue is "fixed".

A Refund was denied again, I wont discuss with you anymore.
It just a waste of time, discuss this with Paypal.

I am even fine with a prorated refound.
But I suspect, you will also deny that.

ADMAN (your first location) network good for many peoples from China who order only this location, and if its not good for your location this is not mean what its not good for other who need only ADMAN location. After your VPS was moved to DataLine, and here you also not like it after month of use.

You send only graph without any MTR in this time, so it's impossible to say where is exactly packet loss was.

And also I have question about why you wrote problem about DataLine to FIORD thread? Ticket about technical problem to our support not enough for you?

Minimal payment sum for BTC is 1500 RUB.
All OS installing with native kernel on KVM, so no any limitation.
