European KVM DDoS (L3-4) protected VPSes / low specs

Good day!
First I congratulate the female part of our community on the upcoming international women's day. Be loved and happy, dears!

So I need two DDoS protected VPSes with such specs:

1. 1 core / 1Gb / 20 Gb SSD / 30 Mbit/s unmetered;
2. 2 core / 2Gb / 60Gb (no matter SSD / HDD) / 10 Mbit/s unmetered.

Purpose: technical nodes. Low traffic. No attacks right now and I really hope that there would be never. But I need to be sure that they would be not blackholed in worst case.

Location: any, but more eastern = better (russian is perfect).
DE-CIX / AMS-IX connected (or good connection to Russia, post LG links if you have).

Budget: LET range

It would be very good if I can improve specs on-the-fly in future without changing IPs, reinstalls and so on.
