You're* welcome. Their ticket system is based of WHMCS, and probably works like 99% of other ticket systems.

You're* welcome. Their ticket system is based of WHMCS, and probably works like 99% of other ticket systems.

Also, being an asshole gives you a lower priority, FWIW.

@cociu My VPS server on Hostsolutions has not been connected for 4 days, and no one has responded to my ticket. I am a new VPS user, renting a storage VPS for the first time. Last week, my VPS storage space was full. I couldn't connect SSH and I couldn't ping. I need to restart the server to open the SSH connection, but the control panel button on the website always reminds the database that it can't connect. . . Therefore, there is no way to solve it until now. I just need to reconnect SSH and delete the file, freeing up space to fix it. Now it is in an infinite loop - the control panel can't be restarted, SSH can't connect, can't delete files, VPS server is down. Also ask the administrator friend to help solve. Thank you!
