Today, after two years of using their services and even though VPSs are always down, they suspended my server and requested to wipe all data.
I told them that my customers files are on the server, and they are not responding!

They don't care if you are loyal or not, they do what they want.

Alpharacks is a liar!
What a mess this provider is!

    I have an old backup, but I need a newer one.
    They are not replying anymore.
    This is not acceptable

    I have been with them for two years, their service was acceptable to me.
    They started to become worse and worse.

    Today, when I decided to move to Amazon.com and move all files, the server was down.
    I requested to access files, and they are not responding!

    I will never do it again! they are not trustworthy!

    If I were more inclined to be a total dick just for the sake of shitposting ... I might suggest you take a good look in the mirror.

    But I don't think that's at all necessarily true - neither for you, nor for many of the good hosts you might find here. ("They are cheap and they are all the same.")

    If you're willing to spend some time researching to avoid the obvious sub-par services and outright scams then you can have a good time on LET.

    Otherwise, maybe not so much.

    Alpharacks is a known bad provider on let. The fact that you signed up anyway is giving me the strong hint that you never read let before signing up. The fact that you now, after having burned yourself, signed up just to complain doesn't mean jack shit.
