    i deleted comments becus i see my two vps's are running, but i can't install new os,
    so i am still paying for nothing..

    You seem really impatient, is there any chance you've bumped your ticket to the bottom of the queue?

    You could post a screenshot of your tickets here to show your side of the story, you might get some sympathy..

    have NOT bumped any ticket, i sent one ticket about a month a go, they reply about 2 weeks ago, now i see the server was recreated 4 days ago, but i can't install a new os,

    So...

    OP paid for unmanaged service.
    OP wanted managed service.
    When no managed service was provided OP proceeded to publicly shame the company with false claims that his order hasn't been provisioned at all.
    Then OP realized the error of his ways this would eventually backfire, since it's a well known and respected provider, thus the truth is going to be established soon and then OP deleted the post dickwise.

    @cociu You don't need this guy as a client, terminate him.
    You have every right to do so.
