Who has ssdnodes test IP?

I want to buy 1 year ssd kvm not 10x kvm. It looks cheap.
I find US Standard (Dallas),US West (Seattle) test ip,but canada ip is broken.
Which node is better？Thank you.

1) they always seem to have a 'sale' on
