Looks like you're just doubling RAM, why not just say that? Certainly catchier than "extra RAM free."

It's not doubling, since ex. 3GB plan would get 1GB extra.

  • Ay, looked like double at a quick glance, sorry 'bout that

  • Great provider, considering to purchase the Virginia one.

  • One of the top providers on LET.
Very good, using it since 2015 or like that (or 2016, do not remember).
Always = performance, network, support, everything = excellent!
Mike do a very good job working on it.
Not sure how it will go in future, because my big experience tells me that after some time everyone has degradation in quality if not thought well pricing from the begining, but I hope it will not happen to ExtraVM.

  • Any chance of getting vms with larger ssd space at leb price range?

I don't do LEB pricing, if you're meaning like the $20/y 4GB RAM stuff. Plans are set by drive allocation compared to the host hardware so not possible, sorry.

  • What sort of CPU does the host node have? Also is CPU passthrough enabled by default?

    Should all be here:
    https://extravm.com/billing/index.php?rp=/knowledgebase/31/What-hardware-do-you-use.html

Also is CPU passthrough enabled by default?

I had to ticket/chat to enable this. Mike responded and had it done within 1-2 minutes both times for me.

  • @MasonR Thanks for your reply. Are you able to post a bench.sh?

There may be but very little space (likely only 1GB or 2GB plan), I am not setting up any more systems in Virginia at the moment, at least on OVH.

  • @MikeA do you have dedicated i9-9000k on Singapore?
