Rodney's staff wrecked rDNS with a botched BIND update for 3,374 IPs within their management - doubly appending the zone origin to each PTR. It took 5 days for them to fully resolve after escalating to Zayo's management that got in touch with Gnax for them to admit fault and resolve.
