Cheap ASIA Windows VPS for just few hours tests?

Hello I am looking a VPS in Asia for few hours to check my websites in EU and USA.
I know that there is a vulr or lindone, but do I need to upload my ISO and use my licence to pay some cents for few hours of testing?
or
Maybe you can give me some ideas how can I check my websites from Asia user perspective?

Vultr's windows vps are licenced so you don't need to bring your licence or upload isos, and it's hourly billed. AWS Lightsail could also be an option with free 750hrs credit for the smallest plans (both windows and linux/valid for 1 calender month).
You could use https://www.webpagetest.org/ maybe it fits your needs.. I think they have asian locations
