    Technically not a requirement (nice-to-have though). Rules state that the provider is responsible for making sure that it's under the price limit. If the provider converts it on his side and checks it, or just uses a proper gut feel for it (2 euro will not be over 7 usd for the forseeable future) then it should be fine.

    Euros are (imo) well-known enough to not require a conversion from a useability standpoint either. If it was in ruble or indian moneyz, sure.

    You must be american. I must be european. That's why you dont "feel" euros, and I do.

    To be honest, providers could technically list their stuff in japanese yen and be within the rules. It puts up a barrier for consumers who need to do their own conversions, yes. But allowed, also yes.
