looking for dedicated server in Chicago area

in need of dedicated server in the Chicago area.

CPU: Dual Intel Xeon X5650 or better
drive: around 2x500gb ssd
ram: 32gb ddr4
Bandwidth: not to picky here

should be around 70$ a month without setup fees. I know datawagon has similar but ideally in Chicago area. If the CPU available is significantly better than the 5650 i would be potentially able to pay more.
