I am planning to create a WooCommerce store and I need cloud hosting account.

My Requirements are:

$15/mo, Minimum 1GB RAM, 20GB Storage, Bandwidth 1TB, free SSL, free backup.

What are your views on Cloudways WooCommerce hosting and FlyWheel cloud web hosts?

What hosting provider is better? Why?
