Does anyone know where I can find a WM-card of 500 rubles somewhere? I know this is a long shot, but I'm trying to pay a provider and PayPal is blocking US/RU payments for me (or my bank is). I have no idea what this actually is, but it also mentions something about paymer.

    PayPal shouldn't block payments like that. Ask your bank to allow international payments, I had to with my last bank.

    It does nothing against, even with VPN's enabled, like a Russian VPN, it does let me pay.

    Imagine google, trying to login from that, panic, pure.
    You do not even need a card with Rubbles loaded, just any card with a good conversion rate without a rip off.

    Get a prepaid card charge something on that, add that to paypal try again or try it direct.

    Unfortunately prepaids in US generally do not convert currency, only allow USD-denominated transactions, and also block transactions to/from vendors outside US, from what I have tried .And can't add to PP.
