I want ARM-2T in exchange with ARM-4T

Like in the title, I have an ARM-4T from Soyoustart storage offer paid until 7 mar 2019 but I don't need as much storage so maybe someone who have ARM-2T want my ARM-4T and can transfer the ARM-2T for me in exchange?
I don't want anything extra for it, I only want to transfer it 1:1 
and I have it in FR (eu account) if that's matter and I also want ARM-2T in EU / FR. Anyone is interested?
