I would think that LeapSwitch and Digital Ocean are right now the cheapest KVM (and probably best?) in india
Go with Digital Ocean hands down the best with fair pricing. Their network is also robust.
I don't have much experience with Leap Switch. But In my opinion their current public pricing don't suite my needs till now.
Why get a VPS from others when I can get it from a public cloud host who is superior in every way I look it. Not to mention the pricing with double the resources

The day when I would use Leapswitch is when I need a Indian firm for some reason. But they are good team and firm, I just don't use them

We are working more on our CloudJiffy PaaS platform than our normal VPS range as it offers something much better than a standard VPS. The plain VPS market is overcrowded and is a race to the bottom.
We are working on revamping our public VPS pricing, but we won't be offering Lightsail/DO levels in India. With our VPS range we are focusing on Managed customers while CloudJiffy is positioned against competition in the self managed vps market.
Jelastic is not even close to AWS ec2 or other good "cloud" providers. But good luck with your jelastic business

I know jelastic from the service provider view. OpenVZ containers and a virtuozzo storage is not comparable to technologies / possibilities that AWS offers.
I see that you are yourself a pretty new jelastic partner. In a few months you will probably see that all that glitters is not gold. Also regarding the technical platform issues that you will definitely face.

Not sure what is the purpose to get VPS in India, if it is just to get Indian IP then we can do that for you, as we have a few IP blocks even from India but server will be hosted in LA.
