Need 10 GB HDD and 2 GB RAM KVM VPS (no hetzner)

Like in the title, I am looking for VPS with the following spec

`10 GB HDD (SSD not required)
2 GB RAM
1 CPU core
KVM virtualization
budget 25 - 30 eur year`

Please don't suggest hetzner, I have one with them, and I need another one in other DC

What location do you need it in?
We have 8 locations available but minus Hetzner, we have 7 for you to choose from.

UK and FR are both OVH with similar hardware - E5 1650v3/v4. The only difference is the port speed offered. France - 500mbps and UK - 1gbps.
For 1vCore, 2GB RAM and 10GB HDD with unlimited bandwidth, I can do that for £2.99/m or £27 per year.
Can up it to 20GB HDD for the same price.
