he needs vps without a GPU. GPU is used if you are doing mining or using some crazy FPS. In Gaming VPS you make a server and play. it does not need GPU because you are hosting the games on it and not playing on the same VPS . You can play from your PC using GPU by connection to VPS-IP:Port ..
