Don't know about Imunify 360 but Bitninja is a pain in the ass. Definitely not recommended.
We use imunify360 and not received any abuse reports from my provider so far. Not tried bitninja as its very expensive. The sad story is this software really like the cpu resources.
Could you give me more information about bitninja? Why you cannot recommend it?

Their current reliability is such that we simply /dev/null whatever they sent to us.
Yes i know about it. Its an "automated" script which send abuse reports to providers. I also received my Abuse report from Netcup by bitninja.
We also filter out bitninja. Can't say I will ever buy something from them.
BitTurdburgler still send "hack" notices for SMB?
Neither
I'm testing Imunify360 and it has been working without problems. It detected malicious code that other software could not see.
