I just downloaded the Windows app awhile ago and they have plenty of servers across the globe. Their speed is also not that bad considering it's free but I'm curious why is it free so I did a little research on LET and here's what I found:
No results for touchvpn.
Any reasons not to use Touch VPN and go for some paid providers or self-hosted (apart from speed and privacy), well I'm tired of that privacy topic, let's not talk about that here.

Why do you need a vpn in the first place, what are your expectations?
Create your own vpn server.. You will have control over your data.
