. We do want to bring resource pools back at some point but I don't think any time soon. We found virtualizor's resource pool feature to be very unreliable
Does VZ-512 have a whole /64 reserved for each VPS and IPv6 PTR?

No, don't spam from these nodes. Email works perfectly for legitimate use, including PTR on IPv4 and IPv6 which you do yourself in the control panel.
Unfortunately we'd classify that type of usage as mass mail and would not allow that on our service. Sorry!
