Do you offer any dedicated CPU VPS?

I would like a KVM VPS with HDD (not SSD) bearing the following specs:

    1 dedicated vcore (thread)
    2048 MB RAM
50GB-100GB HDD (whatever you can give you less)
VNC support as I will install myself (non web is fine, I will use PC to connect)

He wouldn't know. His parents told him he was just a very special child, they never told him the truth and he never asked.

Well, the VPS never really reaches 200Mbit, just 150Mbit and below.
Also, the HDD speed seems to be around 30MB/sec.

Not to bad for 1.74$ with 512MB but still, could be better.

it's 200 Mbit as they wrote
and i think the values are accurate to the price, and for HDD VPS
(if u see 300, 400 or 700,800 MBps IOPS at HDD VPS, i think be sure it's SSD caching, not real HDD array speed)

Because, you need to use the

html tag. Remove the unnecessary spaces.
