I don't actually crawl e621 (well, I stopped crawling it and deleted the content) since it's so filtered and badly maintained it's not worth it anymore.

But for personal reasons I prefer to keep programming and websites and all the jazz as an unprofitable hobby, and instead use my real job to earn money, many less headaches when you have no money to lose

If you use 'Cloudflare dns' then it does not matter where the server/vps is located.
The server/vps can be in Bangladesh and people who visit your website from USA and you will have ping 30-35 ms.
