On December 31, 2018 we ordered an ASN from SinaVPS from the recommendation of a thread here on LET. Understandably we weren't expecting a fast delivery due to holidays but on January 1st, 2019 they opened a ticket asking for personal identification or a company registration which we provided within 6 minutes of the ticket being created.

Since then we have gotten 0 response from SinaVPS. On January 4th, 2019 we made a reply to the ticket asking if there were any updates. We understand that it has been the holidays but it is unreasonable to have us wait this long. They could have at least given an update on their WHMCS announcement page or in the ticket that they were on vacation or something similar. Instead there has been 0 communication with us and unfortunately we feel very uneasy having given them our personal identification, company registration papers, and money with 0 response.

We thought posting a thread here might somewhat light a fire under them having them respond. Their livechat has been offline since the last ticket response. We just want our ASN as this has held us back further than we would like and we see this as a unacceptable way to treat customers. The lack of communication is very unprofessional.

Edit: If no response is given within the next 4 days we will process a chargeback on the payment we made. We have given SinaVPS this warning through the ticket.
