Hi,
My NAT VPS error, I am unable to access it. When I tried to reinstall it from VPS panel, the status log was "Error when creating container".
Do you have idea to fix this issue? Many thanks before 🙏🏻

Check with your provider.
Well.. I tried to contact by support ticket since 14 dec, and they reply on ticket on 19 dec, but until now the issue is not yet fixed.
@deank
What host is it?
The end is nigh.
Ah I love the verbosity of Virtualizor errors /s
Unfortunately the only person that can help you is your provider
call them
Write them a letter:
Dear MyHost,
How is life doing? I am very well thank you for asking. The birds and the trees and the flowers are singing and the winter is blossoming through our rich and plentiful hilltops, filled with violet cows. At least time is passing relatively fast while we are having fun. Life goes on as usual and we miss you every day. Today i saw a squirrel. A wise man once told me, shut the fuck up.
Merry new year and happy wishes,
Yours falsely,
Albert Einstein [you have to put a big name here, so they feel good]
PS: My VPS is not working for a month now. Please advise.
LOL.
The problem is not with your server, it's with your provider. Ask for a refund, up your budget to something realistic, and try again.
On the hostsystem a Problem. Last year we dont use more virtualizor + openvz
A wild guess is that you are on an overprovisioned ploop setup, and the host is out of space. When you rebuilt, your space was instantly claimed, and it's gone forever.
Yep, that make most problems. You dont can do here Nothing. You need help from ISP
I think they did not have phone number..
Why did you choose them if they don't even have a phone number?
EDIT2:
Hi @i83, please respond to my ticket about refund request for NAT SG 1024. It is already 5 days since I send the ticket. Also, your customer service (George Wych) did not response my VPS problem ticket since 19 December 2018.
Time to move on, you're not going to get anywhere.
Unfortunately I am being their customer since early September last year..
What's the purpose of this thread if I may ask?
EDIT2:
Asking for help
I'd suggest you go look for another provider.
Increasing your post count?
If you still need a NAT vps in Singapore, let me know.
I just send you a PM. Please check.
