If you have business, then share all the business documents [if from India, GST, Company incorporation], they will exclude you from VAT.

I'm thinking about switching to a RS 2000 SAS G8 a2 as I could really make use of some more storage! VPS 2000 G8 Plus sounds also nice, but got no dedicated cores and I've heard some bad stuff about that regarding netcup.
What did you hear?
Bad performance under load compared to their RS-series (with dedicated cores), bad AES-performance.

Paying VAT without being in the EU blows. Pass.
Note if you order the above 1 month term you still have the server and pay for it another month if you cancel for example today.

The contracual and billing period of your root server is 1 month, but it also has a period of notice of 31 days. The period of notices describes the amount of time you have to tell us in advance when to cancel. This means that during the first month it is not possible to regularly cancel after 30 days.just for so for every one to know.

Anyway, for the Root-Server in question, it's all irrelevant now, because it's no longer available.
