Looking for a server monitoring tool that shows current traffic usage, total usage, etc That has an accessible GUI. I've seen some sits that display this public as well.
I use Centos 7 with Plesk.
Thanks!

Check if LibreNMS fits the bill for you.
https://hetrixtools.com
Was attempting to try monitorix but cant get it working. The service is running but the GUI wont load
+1 for hetrixtools

Another one for Hetrix. Might fit your needs for basic networking monitoring, unless you're looking for something more centric-based around it.
+2∞ for HetrixTools
I am monitoring HetrixTools using HetrixTools.
Ah, I see you're a man of culture as well.
Take a look at https://nodequery.com/
But hetrixtools only monitors uptime? I'm wanting BW usage and monitoring.
Like this as an example: https://www.monitorix.org/ but cannot get it working correctly.
I've been using that since it started
It also has CPU, RAM, Network and Disk monitoring.
We use, and love, nixstats.com
Both hetrixtools and nixstats are awesome. Owners are great as well.
Thanks! I totally forgot about nixstats!
We love it. Status page is pretty cool too: https://status.iroute.io
I use grafana+telegraf+influxdb, a bit harder to set up but tons of features
HetrixTools is the best
I've been using observium for a little while now, used to use it across many servers about 5 years ago too. Solid tool and runs over SNMP.
You can check for AppOptics monitoring tool.
But he said free. :P
Look at https://my-netdata.io/. No configuration /setup required
Zabbix + Graffana + influxDB.
PRTG if you've got $$$$$
+1 for Observium (the free community edition), libreNMS is a bit of a rewrite/fork of the Observium project but I find it a bit clunky in comparison.
Observium collects lots of useful info out of the box simply from enabling snmpd on the target server, but can be easily be extended to monitor application performance like apache/nginx, postfix/exim, MySQL/MariaDB etc.
