This is LET aka LowEndTrolls and people will troll you if you don't have a serious offer. Not to say what you are selling isn't serious but the amount of issues you had that the community pointed out will naturally attract Trolls and as @PieNotEvenEaten stated you have to have thick skin. People can joke all they want but at the end of the day there are no hard feelings unless you are ColoCrossing.

There's a reason McDonald's doesn't have a dollar menu anymore. They have the everyday value menu. Reason being is a $1.18 McChicken is no longer a dollar and therefore they can't advertise it as such.

When things are not consistent, it leaves a negative image and lowers confidence in your company. Test test test.
