Hi @jii just to clear some quick doubts, we are carrying out a significant infrastructure upgrade to bring in SSD storage, and most of the features that we have announced on https://news.cloudcone.com/exciting-features-for-2019-78438

We will update you once things are ready and when we can successfully accept new instances and provide better customer experience.

It's important to note, at this time, none of the existing clients are affected in any way
