Hello, I would like to receive some offers from providers that allow Plex. I will be using Google Drive for storage. Details:
KVM (Ubuntu 18.04)
CPU: something enough for one transcoded 1080p
Ram: 2GB
10GB SSD or higher
1TB of traffic or higher
Location: Miami, Dallas, Tampa or any location with good connectivity to South America.
Budget: $ 4 per month or $ 40 per year (flexible to adjustments)

I believe @vapornode can do something for you in Tampa and is certainly a solid provider.
For transcoding you'll need CPU with a passmark score of 2000 or better. Some providers will complain if you top off a shared CPU, so probably you'll need a dedicated core. You can avoid transcoding if your media is encoded in a format compatible with your device and home internet speed (usually video as h264 4.1@4000Kbps or less and AAC/AC3 audio)
