HostedSimply Customer support - Refund

Hello together,
I ordered this server a week ago. (https://lowendbox.com/blog/hostedsimply-4gb-ram-ssd-cached-vps-w-120gb-hdd-for-25-yr-in-los-angeles-new-york/#comment-1125409)

The transfer speeds aren't sufficent, I opened a ticket, immediatly.(#550314)

The port was upgraded, but without success.
Asked for a refund, no answer.

Canceled the services, no money, opened another ticket, was closed without answer (#441980).

No I have lost my money and my VPS.

Maybe Peter or some other HostedSimply guy could help here.
